We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements
- To be eligible, items must be:
- in the same condition as received
- unworn, unwashed, and unused
- tags still attached
- returned in original packaging
- accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
⚠️ Sizing Responsibility
Size charts are provided for every product.
Customers are responsible for choosing correct sizing before checkout.
Returns due to sizing preference (too big/too small) are not guaranteed and may be approved for exchange only if the product meets all return conditions above.
If approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping.
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@modernvaultco.com with:
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (if relevant)
We’ll review your request and respond with next steps.
Damages & Order Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival.
If it’s defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, contact us immediately and we will make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
- We cannot accept returns for:
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items showing wear, deodorant scent, pet hair, stains, or stretching
Once worn or washed — the item is yours permanently.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be approved only if the return meets all eligibility conditions above. If accepted, we will process an exchange for a different size or color (inventory permitting).
Return shipping may apply.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order ships to the EU, you have 14 days to cancel or return it for any reason. Items must still be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
